Hello Fellow Readers,

I appreciate your willingness to listen to the introduction to my very first podcast. It’s a bit rough around the edges. But, just as in the garden and in life, it’s not about being perfect. It’s about being and growing! And I hope the chat about the Master Gardener program doesn’t offend. The knowledge gained and shared by students and graduates of the program is a generous gift all of you give! It’s the title “Master” that makes me smile… as it seems to me, only Mother Nature is a Master. I’d love to hear your thoughts and ideas using the form below or by emailing Askmarystone@gmail.com. Thank you, faithful readers, for all that I continue to learn from you…

“It’s not only about gardens; it’s about sharing life experiences; the awareness that what happens in our gardens and among nature often relates to the joys and challenges in the garden of life.”

Mary Stone, owner of Stone Associates Landscape Design & Consulting. As a Landscape Designer, I am grateful for the joy of helping others beautify their surroundings which often leads to sharing encouragement and life experiences. These relationships inspired my weekly column published in THE PRESS, 'Garden Dilemmas? Ask Mary', began in 2012. I dream of growing the evolving community of readers into an interactive forum to share encouragement and support in Garden and Personal Recoveries - seeking nature’s inspirations, stimulating growth, weeding undesirables, embracing the unexpected. Thank you for visiting! Mary
