Droplets of Love

On a walk in the woods in mediation and reflection of the week gone by, I came across this leaf. To me a symbol of love. I was with my Mom last week and as many of you know, she is failing. I thought it was “her time” the nursing care facility warned prior to my 8-hour drive. While I feel I am “ready” (are we ever really ready?), it turns out my Mom is not just yet…

Do you see the leaf inside this heart shaped leaf? I like to think it is a sign of our life beyond this life…decorated with magical droplets of Love.
